Our Coffee Journey Begins
Our Story
We are Jacob and Melinda–two best friends who met while running a local Italian restaurant. Between the hustle of the kitchen and the rhythm of daily service, we discovered a shared love for coffee and a dream to one day build something of our own.

That dream became Black Bird-a mobile coffee cart dedicated to serving thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks wherever people gather. For us, coffee is more than a morning habit; it's a ritual, a comfort, a way to connect with others, one cup at a time.
